• Items once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of preference, size, or style.

• If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund.

• To qualify, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

• Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
